Q. It's my first visit. How do I get a username and password?

A. If you are a BAPO member and this is your first visit to CPD Online you need to request your password. The process is very simple:

• Go to the Request New Password page by clicking on the link in the last bullet point
• On the Request New Password page, enter the email address that you used to register with BAPO membership services
• If your email address matches our details, we will send you your login details by email 
• If you do not know the email address, please follow the instructions on the Request New Password page

NOTE - if you do not receive your email within 30 minutes please check your SPAM folder.

A. All you need is a computer with a browser connected to the internet. We recommend using either Internet Explorer version 6 or better, or Mozilla Firefox. You should not encounter any problems with using either of these browsers. On a MAC we strongly recommend that you use Firefox rather than Safari to fully utilise all the features.
